- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪rude staff, phone gets picked up and then hung up immediately, general lack of respect. they have benn unable to offer diabetic monitoring for over 5 weeks and are no closer to resolving the matter. practice will happily overule consultants wishes if they think they can save a couple of quid. practice seems to put money and cost cutting over patients medical needs.by Adrian EmeryOctober 04, 2017
